Where is my order?

You can easily follow the status of your order, from checkout to delivery, by creating an account with Truck & Trailer Parts Super Store. In addition, Truck & Trailer Parts Super Store will send an update to the email address provided at checkout notifying you that your package is in transit. If you have any difficulty finding your order, please contact our customer service staff right away. We’re here to help you every step of the way.

How do I track my order?

Once your package is shipped, an email will be sent to you with all relevant shipping information, including the carrier, shipping service type and tracking number Please note, the tracking number is generated prior to your package being accepted by our carrier. For this reason, tracking information may not be active right away. Not until after your goods have been scanned and accepted by the carrier will the tracking number become active.

When will my order ship?

Please refer to the shipping estimate provided on the product page at the time of purchase. We update the estimated shipping time for each product on our website daily. Once your package has shipped, a notice with tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. You can also easily follow the progress of your package by logging into your Truck & Trailer Parts Super Store account.

Which shipping carriers do you use?

We use a variety of shipping carriers. Factors such as the size, weight and shipping address of your package will determine exactly which carrier will be used for your parcel. If you have any known issues with a particular carrier, please contact us before placing your order to make arrangements to fit your needs.

Do you ship internationally?

We do not ship packages outside the US at this time.

Do you ship to Alaska or Hawaii?

We only ship to the contiguous 48 states at this time.

We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes at this time.

We do not ship to APO, FPO or DPO addresses at this time.

Why doesn't my tracking number work?

The instant our warehouse creates a shipping label, the shipping carrier assigns a tracking number for your package. At the same time, we send a message to the email address you provided at checkout containing your parcel’s shipping information. While you may have the actual tracking number, for technical reasons beyond our control, FedEx and USPS websites may take 24-48 hours before they show any tracking activity. Please be sure to check back occasionally during that time to see if your tracking information has been updated. Of course, if you have any trouble tracking your package, please contact Great Lakes right away so we may help you determine your package’s location.
